By its resolution 55/279 of 12 July 2001, the General Assembly endorsed the Brussels Declaration and the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the Decade 2001-2010, adopted by the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries, held in Brussels from 14 to 20 May 2001.
4 - وقد أيدت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 55/279 المؤرخ 12 تموز/يوليه 2001، إعلان بروكسل وبرنامج عمل العقد 2001-2010 لصالح أقل البلدان نموا، الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني بأقل البلدان نموا، الذي عُقد في بروكسل في الفترة من 14 إلى 20 أيار/مايو 2001.

That idea was set out in the Vienna Declaration on Space and Human Development, adopted by the Third United Nations Conference on the Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNISPACE III). For the first time, the private sector and industry actively participated in that important international event.
وقد حُدّدت هذه الفكرة في إعلان فيينا بشأن الفضاء والتنمية البشرية، الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية. ولأول مرة يشارك القطاع الخاص والصناعة بنشاط في هذه المناسبة الدولية الهامة.

By its resolution 54/68, the General Assembly endorsed the resolution entitled " The Space Millennium: Vienna Declaration on Space and Human Development " adopted by the Third United Nations Conference on the Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNISPACE III) in 1999.
1- أيّدت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 54/68، القرار الذي اتخذه مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية (اليونيسبيس الثالث) عام 1999 والمعنون " الألفية الفضائية: إعلان فيينا بشأن الفضاء والتنمية

The Programme of Action adopted by the Third United Nations Conference on the LDCs (Brussels, 2001) stipulated that the Millennium Development Goals should be achieved not only globally, but also within the LDCs as a group.
وينص برنامج العمل المعتمد في مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني بأقل البلدان نمواً (بروكسل، 2001) على وجوب بلوغ أهداف إعلان الألفية لا على الصعيد العالمي فحسب، وإنما في أقل البلدان نمواً كمجموعة أيضاً.

1 - يوجه نداء إلى المجتمع الدولي، والدول المتقدمة خاصة لتنفيذ برنامج العمل 2001/2010م، تنفيذا كاملا وسريعاً، والصادر عن مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني بأقل البلدان نموا، الذي عقد في الفترة من 14 إلى 20 أيار/مايو 2001 في مدينة بروكسل.

Decision IDB.27/Dec.9 has been particularly relevant in this context, and calls on UNIDO to take into account the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the Decade 2001-2010 adopted by the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries, held in Brussels from 14 to 20 May 2001, in its programme activities.
وقد كانت للمقرر م ت ص-27/م-9 صلة خاصة بهذا السياق وهو يدعو اليونيدو إلى أن تضع برنامج عمل العقد 2001-2010 لصالح أقل البلدان نموا الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني بأقل البلدان نموا والمعقود في بروكسل من 14 إلى 20 أيار/مايو 2001، في اعتبارها في أنشطتها البرنامجية.

Concern was also expressed that the proposed revisions did not define more explicitly the responsibilities of UNCTAD as a result of the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries adopted by the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries, as well as the coordination with the Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States.

In its resolution 54/68 of 6 December 1999, the General Assembly endorsed the resolution entitled " The Space Millennium: Vienna Declaration on Space and Human Development " , which had been adopted by the Third United Nations Conference on the Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNISPACE III), held in Vienna from 19 to 30 July 1999.
