64. In light of its recommendations from the 2012 day of general discussion on the rights of all children in the context of international migration, the Committee recommends that the State policy ensure that its policies, programmes and measures on the protection of children from poverty and social exclusion include children affected by migration including those left behind.
64- توصي اللجنة، في ضوء توصياتها التي صدرت في يوم المناقشة العامة بشأن موضوع " حقوق جميع الأطفال في سياق الهجرة الدولية الذي عُقد في عام 2012، بأن تضمن سياسة الدولة الطرف إدراج الأطفال المتأثرين بالهجرة وأولئك الذين تُركوا لمصيرهم في سياساتها وبرامجها وتدابيرها المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال من الفقر والاستبعاد الاجتماعي.
