Requests the international community, in particular the countries of destination, to provide, on the basis of the principle of shared responsibility, urgent and sufficient technical assistance and support to the most affected transit States in order to promote the capacities of such States to counter the flow of illicit drugs;
17 - تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي، وبخاصة بلدان المقصد، أن يقدم، على أساس مبدأ المسؤولية المشتركة، ما يلزم من المساعدة والدعم في المجال التقني على نحو عاجل إلى أكثر دول العبور تضررا بهدف تعزيز قدرات هذه الدول على مواجهة تدفق المخدرات غير المشروعة؛
