That request must be submitted within 12 months from entry of the Act into force or, in the event of birth or adoption after such entry, within three months from the date of birth or adoption if it takes place in Belgium, or from the date of registration of the adoption by the federal central authority, if the adoption is pronounced abroad.

(d) The quantity and type of cluster munitions and explosive submunitions held at the entry into force of this Convention for that State Party and any additional cluster munitions or explosive submunitions discovered after such entry into force;
(د) كمية ونوع الذخائر العنقودية والذخائر الصغيرة المتفجرة المحتازة وقت دخول الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ بالنسبة للدولة الطرف وأي ذخائر عنقودية إضافية أو ذخائر صغيرة متفجرة يتم اكتشافها بعد بدء النفاذ؛

(d) The total area containing cluster munition remnants at the time of entry into force of this Convention for that State Party and any additional areas containing cluster munition remnants discovered after such entry into force;
(د) مجموع المساحة المتضمنة لمخلفات الذخائر العنقودية وقت دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لتلك الدولة الطرف وأي مناطق إضافية تتضمن مخلفات للذخائر العنقودية يتم اكتشافها بعد بدء النفاذ ذاك؛

With regard to the clearance of cluster munition remnants, cluster munition remnants in areas under the jurisdiction or control of a State party are to be cleared and destroyed within 10 years of the Convention's entry into force for that State party, or within 10 years of the end of active hostilities in cases where such remnants arise after such entry into force.
وفيما يتعلق بإزالة بقايا الذخـائر العنقـودية، فـإن بقايا هذه الذخائر الموجودة في مناطق خاضعة لولاية أو سيطرة الدولة الطرف يجب أن تزال في غضون 10 سنوات من دخول الاتفاقية حيز التنفيذ بالنسبة للدولة الطرف، أو في غضون 10 سنوات من انتهاء الأعمال القتالية الفعلية في الحالات التي تظهر فيها هذه البقايا بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية.
