6. Once again urges the Government of Myanmar, as stated in its resolution 57/231 and in Commission on Human Rights resolution 2003/12:

Once again urges all States that have not yet done so to become parties to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and to consider acceding to the Optional Protocols to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights;
٢ - تحث مرة أخرى جميع الدول التي لم تصبح بعد أطرافا في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية على أن تفعل ذلك، وأن تنظر في أمر الانضمام إلى البروتوكولين الاختياريين المتعلقين بالعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية؛

" 1. Once again urges all Governments and the executive heads of the specialized agencies and other organizations and programmes of the United Nations system to endeavour to present their views to the Secretary-General on this matter;
