The authors of the resolution, by ignoring the violations of human rights against the Serbs in Croatia, UNPAs and in Bosnia and Herzegovina and exclusively pinning the blame on the Serbs, are joining in the chorus of hatred against the Serbian nation as a whole in an unprecedented effort to ostracize them, turn them into an international pariah and ultimately justify the genocide which is being committed against them.

The Croatian Defence Council forces in the Bosnian and Herzegovina are supported by the Croatian Army, local Croatian police, volunteer civilians and " special forces " like the military wing of the Croatian Party of Rights (HOS) (named after the former Ustashis of the Second World War, who also fought against the Serbs in the Krajina area).

In an attempt to disguise the deep involvement of its regular army in the military operations against the Serbs in the United Nations Protected Areas (UNPAs) and in neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as its flagrant violation of Security Council resolution 713 (1991) on the arms embargo in the former Yugoslavia, Croatia continues with absurd and malicious accusations against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
