12. States Parties giving and receiving assistance under the provisions of this Article shall cooperate with a view to ensuring the full and prompt implementation of agreed assistance programmes.
12 - تتعاون الدول الأطراف المقدمة للمساعدة والمتلقية لها بموجب أحكام هذه المادة من أجل ضمان التنفيذ الكامل والعاجل لبرامج المساعدة المتفق عليها.

(c) Increased mutually agreed assistance, including to remote areas, through advisory services and technical cooperation

Each High Contracting Party giving and receiving assistance under the provisions of this Article shall co-operate with a view to ensuring the full and prompt implementation of agreed assistance programmes.
7- كل طرف من الأطراف السامية المتعاقدة يقدم ويتلقى مساعدة بموجب أحكام هذه المادة يتعاون تعاوناً هدفه ضمان التنفيذ الكامل والفوري لبرامج المساعدة المتفق عليها.

6. States Parties providing and receiving assistance under the provisions of this Article shall do so in a manner consistent with existing commitments and international instruments, with a view to ensuring the full and prompt implementation of agreed assistance programmes.
6 - الدول الأطراف التي تقدم المساعدة أو تتلقاها بموجب أحكام هذه المادة ستقوم بذلك على نحو يتسق مع الالتزامات والصكوك الدولية القائمة بغية كفالة التنفيذ التام والسريع لبرامج المساعدة المتفق عليها.

With respect to this and other related matters, the Co-Chairs of the Standing Committee on Stockpile Destruction recalled that Article 6, paragraph 8 states " each State Party giving and receiving assistance under the provisions of this Article shall cooperate with a view to ensuring the full and prompt implementation of agreed assistance programs. "

In this context, the States Parties have recalled that Article 6, paragraph 8 states " each State Party giving and receiving assistance under the provisions of this Article shall cooperate with a view to ensuring the full and prompt implementation of agreed assistance programs. "

Given that two States Parties implementing Article 4 have made it clear that cooperation and assistance will be fundamental to the fulfilment of stockpile destruction obligations, all States Parties concerned should recall the obligation of each State Party giving and receiving assistance under the provisions of Article 6 to cooperate with a view to ensuring the full and prompt implementation of agreed assistance programs.
`4` نظراً لكون دولتين من الدول الأطراف تنفذان المادة 4 أوضحتا أن التعاون والمساعدة أساسيان لوفائهما بالتزاماتهما المتعلقة بتدمير المخزون، ينبغي لجميع الدول الأطراف المعنية أن تذكر تعهد كل دولة طرف تقدم وتتلقى مساعدة بموجب أحكام المادة 6 بأن تتعاون من أجل ضمان التنفيذ الكامل والفوري لبرامج المساعدة المتفق عليها.

Also with respect to cooperation and assistance as it concerns stockpile destruction, as previously noted, the importance of Article 6, paragraph 8, which states " each State Party giving and receiving assistance under the provisions of this Article shall cooperate with a view to ensuring the full and prompt implementation of agreed assistance programs, " was recalled.
