As indicated in the report of the committee on the work of its third session (UNEP(DTIE)/Hg/INC.3/8, para. 205), the revised draft text was to include all changes presented in conference room papers submitted by the contact group co-chairs and the legal group and agreed by the Committee at that session as accurately reflecting the discussions within those groups.
وكما هو مبين في تقرير اللجنة عن أعمال دورتها الثالثة (UNEP(DTIE)/Hg/INC.3/8، الفقرة 205)، تقرر أن يشمل مشروع النص المنقح جميع التغييرات المعروضة في ورقات قاعة المؤتمر التي قدمها رئيسا فريق الاتصال والفريق القانوني والتي وافقت عليها اللجنة في تلك الدورة بوصفها تعكس بدقة المناقشات داخل هذين الفريقين.

In order for amendments to come into effect by 1 January 2007, as agreed by the Committee at its seventh session, they would have to be recommended by the Harmonized System Committee of WCO to the body's Council, and adopted by the WCO Council by mid-2004.

The following officers served on the bureau of the Committee, as agreed by the Committee at its first meeting:

:: Encourage its experts to keep in constant touch with and, as agreed by the Committee, attend relevant meetings of international, regional and subregional organizations.

At the end of paragraph 3, the words " with the recognition that the Working Group will convene annual sessions of five working days and submit its report to the Council " should be added, thus restoring the wording agreed by the Committee in 2011.
