Support is provided towards the development by the treaty bodies of interpretive texts on HIV/AIDS and related issues such as the draft general comment on HIV/AIDS and the rights of the child.

472. The Committee recommends, with reference to the Committee's general comment No. 3 of 2003 on HIV/AIDS and the rights of the child and to the International Guidelines on HIV/AIDS and Human Rights, that the State party:

426. The Committee refers the State party to its general comment No. 3 on HIV/AIDS and the rights of the child and recommends that the State party reinforce its efforts to combat HIV/AIDS, including by:
