58. Mr. Al Habib (Islamic Republic of Iran) said that peacekeeping missions must be conducted in conformity with the Charter and the basic principles of peacekeeping, namely the consent of the parties, the non-use of force except in self-defence and impartiality.
58 - السيد الحبيب (جمهورية إيران الإسلامية): قال إن بعثات حفظ السلام يجب الاضطلاع بها وفقا للميثاق والمبادئ الأساسية لحفظ السلام وهي رضا الأطراف وعدم استعمال القوة إلا للدفاع عن النفس والحياد.

67. Mr. Al Habib (Islamic Republic of Iran) said that as a victim of terrorism, including State-sponsored terrorism, his country fully understood the untold consequences of such acts for the victims and for society.
