أدلى سعادة السيد أحمد بن عبد الله آل محمود وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية وسعادة السيد جبريل باسولي الوسيط المشترك للاتحاد الأفريقي والأمم المتحدة بالبيان التالي:

The Conference commended the tremendous efforts, commitment and patience exhibited by H.E. Mr. Ahmed Bin Abdullah Al-Mahmoud, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, and H.E. Mr. Djibril Bassolé, the African Union-United Nations Joint Chief Mediator towards finding a political settlement of the crisis.
وقد أشاد المؤتمر كذلك بالجهود الهائلة التي بذلها كل من سعادة السيد أحمد بن عبد الله آل محمود وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية بدولة قطر وسعادة السيد جبريل باسولي الوسيط المشترك للاتحاد الأفريقي والأمم المتحدة والالتزام والصبر اللذين أبدياهما تجاه إيجاد تسوية سياسية شاملة للأزمة.

As a result, Judge Medhat Al-Mahmoud was reinstated to the post of head of the Higher Judicial Council, a position he held from 2005 to 2012.

16. At its 1st meeting, on 29 November, the Conference elected by acclamation Ahmad Bin Abdullah Al-Mahmoud, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Qatar, as Vice-President ex officio of the Conference.
16 - في الجلسة الأولى المعقودة في 29 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، انتخب المؤتمر بالتزكية معالي السيد أحمد بن عبد الله آل محمود وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية لقطر نائبا لرئيس المؤتمر بحكم المنصب.

6. Mr. Al-Mahmoud (Qatar) said that peace-keeping operations were central to the activities of the United Nations and many thousands of Blue Helmets were currently participating in such operations in various parts of the world.
٦ - السيد آل محمود )قطر(: قال إن عمليات حفظ السلم أساسية ﻷنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة، وإن آلافا من الخوذ الزرقاء يشاركون في مثل تلك العمليات في أجزاء متعددة من العالم.

52. Mr. Al-Mahmoud (Qatar), speaking on behalf of the Group of 77 and China, said that, contrary to expectations, globalization had not produced sustained and equitable economic growth for all nations.
52 - السيد آل محمود (قطر) تكلم باسم مجموعة الـ 77 والصين، فقال إن العولمة، على عكس المرجو، لم تؤدّ إلى نمو مستدام ومنصف للدول قاطبة.

22. Mr. Al-Mahmoud (United Arab Emirates) said that his delegation was concerned about the increasingly harsh social and humanitarian situation facing the Palestine refugees.
22 - السيد آل محمود (الإمارات العربية المتحدة): قال إن وفد بلده يساوره القلق جراء استمرار الأوضاع الإنسانية المأساوية والصعبة المتنامية التي لا يزال يواجهها اللاجئون الفلسطينيون.

8. Mr. Al-Mahmoud (Qatar), speaking on behalf of the Group of 77 and China, introduced draft resolution A/C.2/59/L.50, and recalled the hope, expressed in paragraph 34, for the annual observance of an International Human Solidarity Day.
