On 29 May 2013, during its twenty-third session, the Human Rights Council held an urgent debate on the deteriorating situation of human rights in the Syrian Arab Republic and the recent killings in Al-Qusayr.
وعقد مجلس حقوق الإنسان في 29 أيار/مايو 2013 خلال دورته الثالثة والعشرين، جلسة نقاش عاجلة بشأن وضع حقوق الإنسان المتدهور في الجمهورية العربية السورية وأعمال القتل التي وقعت مؤخراً في القصير.

The Mission was affected directly and indirectly, as patrols came under fire in Al-Qusayr, Deir-ez-Zor and Khan Sheikhoun, with the latter incident also involving an improvised explosive device, incapacitating its patrol vehicles.
وقد تأثرت البعثة بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر، عندما تعرضت دورياتها لإطلاق نار في منطقة القصير ودير الزور وفي خان شيخون وقد استعملت في الحادث الأخير عبوة ناسفة محلية الصنع أدت إلى تعطيل سيارة الدورية.

In a resolution adopted on the same day, the Human Rights Council requested the commission of inquiry to investigate the events in Al-Qusayr and report the findings to Council at its twenty-fourth session.
وفي قرار اتخذ في نفس اليوم، طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان إلى لجنة التحقيق أن تحقق في الأحداث التي تجري في القصير وأن تبلغ المجلس خلال دورته الرابعة والعشرين بما تتوصل إليه من نتائج.

Most United Nations personnel were relocated from Homs on 8 June, following the deterioration of security conditions owing to fighting in Al-Qusayr.
ولقد نقل معظم موظفي الأمم المتحدة من حمص في 8 حزيران/يونيه، عقب تدهور الظروف الأمنية بسبب القتال في القصير.
