On 7 February 2007, between 1150 hours and 1515 hours, enemy Israeli forces fortified the post at Saleha, situated opposite Marun al-Ra's, by posting two Merkava tanks and two crawlers there.

On 4 January 2008, at 2140 hours, Israeli enemy forces shined a searchlight for 15 seconds from their position at Saliha towards the Lebanese Army post and its perimeter in the town of Marun al-Ra's.
- بتاريخ 4 كانون الثاني/يناير 2008 الساعة 40/21، وجهت قوات العدو الإسرائيلي من موقعها في صلحة كاشفا ضوئيا لمدة 15 ثانية باتجاه مركز الجيش اللبناني ومحيطه في بلدة مارون الراس.

Opposite the Lebanese Army Marun al-Ra's post, an Israeli enemy patrol consisting of three Hummer vehicles directed their vehicles' headlights towards Lebanese territory. Patrol personnel also fired flare shells over the Lebanese territory beyond the technical fence before leaving at 0455 hours.
أقدمت دورية تابعة للعدو الإسرائيلي مؤلفة من هامر عدد 3 مقابل مركز مارون الراس التابع للجيش اللبناني على توجيه أضواء الآليات باتجاه الأراضي اللبنانية، كما قام عناصرها برمي قنابل مضيئة فوق الأراضي اللبنانية المحاذية للسياج التقني ثم غادرت الدورية الساعة 55/4.

On 12 April 2008, at 2215 hours, an Israeli enemy patrol shined a searchlight for 10 seconds from within the Occupied Palestinian Territory opposite Marun alRa's towards the Lebanese Army position at Talat Marun al-Ra's.

On instructions from my Government, I have the honour to transmit to you herewith a complaint concerning Israeli enemy forces, who on 15 May 2011 opened fire in the direction of Lebanese territory during a ceremony in the village of Marun al-Ra's to commemorate the anniversary of the Nakba.
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، أودعكم ربطاً نص شكوى ضد قوات العدو الإسرائيلي لقيامها بتاريخ 15 أيار/مايو 2011، على إطلاق النار باتجاه الأراضي اللبنانية أثناء إقامة احتفال بمناسبة ذكرى النكبة في بلدة مارون الراس.

Despite the heightened measures taken by the Lebanese Army in relation to the commemoration of the Nakbah in Marun al-Ra's, which is located in southern Lebanon, Israeli enemy forces fired at a group of unarmed civilians who had gathered at the above-mentioned location to observe the occasion, killing 10 persons and wounding 112 others, some critically.
أثناء قيام عدد من المدنيين العزَّل بالاحتشاد في بلدة مارون الراس الواقعة في جنوب لبنان بمناسبة يوم النكبة وبالرغم من التدابيـر المشـددة التي اتخذتها وحدات الجيش اللبناني في منطقة مارون الراس لمواكبة تجمـُّـع المحتشدين، أقدمت قوات العـدوّ الإسرائيلي على إطلاق النار باتجاه التجمُّـع المذكور مما أدى إلى استشهاد عشرة من المحتشدين وإصابة مئـة واثنـيّ عشر آخرين بجروح مختلفة بعضهم في حال الخطر.

On the same date, at 2240 hours, an earth-moving machine and an excavator belonging to the Israeli enemy, having come from the post at Saleha, crossed the Blue Line at Marun al-Ra's. A Lebanese army detachment then opened fire with light and medium weapons in the direction of the two vehicles, one of which ceased operation while the other continued.
- بنفس التاريخ الساعة 40/22 خرقت جرافة 9D وحفارة خنادق (بوكلين) تابعتان للعدو الإسرائيلي الخط الأزرق مقابل مارون الراس من مركز صالحة، على الأثر أقدمت دورية للجيش (ل م 11) بإطلاق النار من أسلحة رشاشة خفيفة ومتوسطة باتجاههما حيث توقفت الجرافة عن العمل وتابعت الحفارة عملها.

On the same date, between 1830 hours and 2145 hours, enemy Israeli military vehicles were seen operating inside occupied Palestinian territory opposite Yarun, near the French forces' post (opposite Rmaich), at Saleha (opposite Marun al-Ra's), at Bayadh (opposite Blida), at Barkat Richa (opposite Al-Boustane) and at Zarite (opposite Marouahine).
- بنفس التاريخ بين الساعة 30/18 والساعة 45/21، داخل الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، شوهد تحرك آليات للعدو الإسرائيلي مقابل: يارون قرب مركز الوحدة الفرنسية 6-50. البيرانيت (مقابل رميش)، صالحة (مقابل مارون الراس)، البياض (مقابل بليدا)، بركة ريشا (مقابل البستان) وزرعيت (مقابل مروحين).

At 1200 hours on the same day a civil engineering machine (Falasha) belonging to the Israeli enemy carried out road maintenance work between the Saliha post and the Avivim barracks, being accompanied by three Hummers (opposite Marun al-Ra's), and a bulldozer worked on the fortification of the Saliha post from the inside.
- بنفس التاريخ الساعة 00/12، قامت آلية هندسية (فلاشة) تابعة للعدو الإسرائيلي بصيانة الطريق التقني بين موقع صالحة وثكنة أفيفيم بمواكبة مركبات جيب هامر عددها 3 مركبات (مقابل مارون الراس)، كما عملت جرافة على تحصين موقع صالحة من الداخل، الساعة 45/15 غادرت كافة الآليات باتجاه ثكنة أفيفيم.

(ج) قامت قوات العدو الإسرائيلي بتاريخ 15 أيار/مايو 2011 بإطلاق النار باتجاه عدد من المدنيين العزّل الذين احتشدوا في بلدة مارون الراس الواقعة في جنوب لبنان بمناسبة يوم النكبة مما أدى إلى استشهاد عشرة من المحتشدين وإصابة مئة واثني عشر آخرين بجروح مختلفة بعضهم في حال الخطر، وذلك بالرغم من التدابير المشددة التي اتخذتها وحدات الجيش اللبناني في منطقة مارون الراس لمواكبة تجمع المحتشدين.
