5 - وخلصت اللجنة إلى إن كندا اتخذت الإجراء التنظيمي النهائي على أساس الوثائق الداعمة المتاحة التي وفرت أساساً عريضاً بما يكفي لتبرير إدراج الألاكلور في المرفق الثالث لاتفاقية روتردام في فئة مبيدات الآفات.
