406 - نُفذت جميع أنشطة اللجنة وعمليات تنسيب الأعضاء فيما يتصل بهذا التحقيق في امتثال صارم بأحكام السرية ذات الصلة من البروتوكول الاختياري والنظام الداخلي للجنة.

تنص المادة ٠١-٤ )د( من الدستور على أن تقدم لجنة البرنامج والميزانية " تقريرا الى المجلس في كل دورة عادية عن جميع أنشطة اللجنة وتقدم بمبادرة منها المشورة أو الاقتراحات بشأن المسائل المالية الى المجلس . "
