The Committee recommends that the State party make greater efforts to ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention without discrimination, in accordance with article 2, by effectively implementing the existing laws that guarantee the principle of non-discrimination.

13- تأسف اللجنة لعدم توفر معلومات بشأن التدابير المتّخذة لإنشاء نظام مركزي لجمع البيانات في الدولة الطرف - بر الصين وهونغ كونغ الصينية وماكاو الصينية - بغية تسجيل جميع الأطفال الموجودين داخل نطاق ولايتها القضائية الذين يُحتمل أن يكونوا قد جندوا أو استخدموا في أعمال حربية.

(a) Ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention on the basis of non-discrimination by effectively implementing existing laws which guarantee that principle;
