24- هل قامت حكومتكم بمراجعة قوانينها وسياساتها وممارساتها في مجال الهجرة التي قد تتعارض مع الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان وبتنقيحها، عند الاقتضاء، بغية إزالة جميع السياسات والممارسات التمييزية ضد المهاجرين؟

(k) Review and revise, as appropriate, emigration policies with a view to eliminating all discriminatory policies and practices against migrants, especially women and children, and to protect fully all their human rights, regardless of their legal status, as well as to provide them with humane treatment;
(ك) استعراض ومراجعة ما يقتضيه الأمر من سياسات الهجرة بهدف إزالة جميع السياسات والممارسات التمييزية ضد المهاجرين، وخاصة النساء والأطفال، وضمان الحماية الكاملة لجميع حقوق الإنسان لهم، بغض النظر عن وضعهم القانوني، وكذلك معاملتهم معاملة إنسانية؛

13. Calls upon all States to consider reviewing and, where necessary, revising immigration policies with a view to eliminating all discriminatory policies and practices against migrants and to provide specialized training for government policy-making and law enforcement, migration and other concerned officials, thus underlining the importance of effective action to create conditions that foster greater harmony and tolerance within societies;
13- تطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تنظر في استعراض سياسات الهجرة وكذلك، عند الضرورة، في تنقيح هذه السياسات بغية القضاء على جميع السياسات والممارسات التمييزية ضد المهاجرين، وأن تتيح تدريباً متخصصاً للمسؤولين الحكوميين عن رسم السياسات العامة وعن إنفاذ القوانين والهجرة، وغيرهم من الموظفين المعنيين، فتؤكد بذلك على أهمية القيام بعمل فعال لتهيئة الأوضاع التي تحقق المزيد من الانسجام والتسامح داخل المجتمعات؛

4. 14- تطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تنظر في استعراض سياسات الهجرة وكذلك، عند الضرورة، في تنقيح هذه السياسات بغية إلغاء جميع السياسات والممارسات التمييزية ضد المهاجرين، وأن تتيح تدريباً متخصصاً للمسؤولين الحكوميين عن رسم السياسات العامة وعن إنفاذ القوانين والهجرة، وغيرهم من الموظفين المعنيين، لتؤكد بذلك أهمية القيام بعمل فعال لتهيئة الظروف التي تعزز المزيد من الانسجام والتسامح في داخل المجتمعات؛
