ينبغي أن تضمن الدولة الطرف أن جميع تشريعاتها وقوانينها وأنظمتها المتعلقة بحالات الطوارئ تتوافق تماماً مع أحكام المادة 4 من العهد.

315. The Committee urges that the State party continue revising all its legislation in order to bring it in full compliance with article 2 of the Convention, and to ensure full implementation in practice of all legal provisions.
315- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة مراجعة جميع تشريعاتها كي تتماشى تماماً مع المادة 2 من الاتفاقية وتضمن تنفيذ جميع الأحكام القانونية تنفيذاً كاملاً على أرض الواقع.

460. The Committee recommends that the State party promptly review all its legislation to ensure that it is non-discriminatory, and gender-neutral and ensure that it is enforced.
460- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالتعجيل بإعادة النظر في جميع تشريعاتها لكي تضمن أن تكون هذه التشريعات خالية من التمييز، ومحايدة من ناحية نوع الجنس وأن تسهر على تنفيذها.

29. The Committee urges the State party to undertake a radical reform of the Family Code in order to give full recognition to the equal rights of women, to conduct an information campaign on gender equality and to introduce gender mainstreaming into all its legislation in accordance with the provisions of the Covenant.
29- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تجري إصلاحاً جذرياً لقانون الأسرة ليعترف اعترافاً كاملاً بالمساواة في الحقوق بين المرأة والرجل، ولتنظيم حملة إعلامية عن المساواة بين الجنسين، ولمراعاة نوع الجنس في جميع تشريعاتها وفقاً لأحكام العهد.

51. The Committee urges the State party to conduct an in-depth review of all its legislation with a view to fully guaranteeing the application of the principle of nondiscrimination in domestic laws and compliance with article 2 of the Convention, and to adopt a proactive and comprehensive strategy to eliminate discrimination on any grounds and against all vulnerable groups.
51- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على القيام بعملية متعمقة لإعادة النظر في جميع تشريعاتها وذلك لضمان التطبيق الكامل لمبدإ عدم التمييز في القوانين المحلية وكذلك لمراعاة المادة 2 من الاتفاقية واعتماد استراتيجية هادفة وشاملة لإزالة التمييز لأي سبب كان ضد الفئات المستضعفة.

(a) Continue revising all its legislation in order to bring it into full compliance with article 2 of the Convention, and to ensure full implementation of all legal provisions;
(أ) مواصلة تنقيح جميع تشريعاتها لكي تتفق تماماً مع المادة 2 من الاتفاقية، والعمل على تنفيذ جميع الأحكام القانونية تنفيذاً كاملاً؛

The Committee draws the State party's attention to its general comment No. 14 (2013) on the right of the child to have his or her best interests taken as a primary consideration and recommends that the State party ensure that all its legislation reflects the right established by the Convention.
٢٢- توجّه اللجنة انتباه الدولة الطرف إلى تعليقها العام رقم 14(2013) المتعلق بحق الطفل في إيلاء الاعتبار الأول لمصالحه الفضلى، وتوصي الدولةَ الطرف بالحرص على أن تعكس جميع تشريعاتها الحق المنصوص عليه في الاتفاقية.

ODI would therefore appreciate if Algeria would reconsider its position and review all its legislation to guarantee full freedom of religion or belief for all its citizens, as laid down in the various international human rights treaties.
ولذلك تعرب هذه المنظمة عن امتنانها لأن تعيد الجزائر النظر في موقفها وأن تراجع جميع تشريعاتها بما يكفل التمتع الكامل بحرية الدين أو المعتقد لجميع مواطنيها، على النحو المنصوص عليه في شتى المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان(40).

10. While welcoming Amendment No. 134/2006 Coll. to the State party's Social and Legal Protection of Children Act (Act No. 359/1999 Coll.), the Committee is concerned that a comprehensive review of all its legislation in order to accord children their rightful status as rights holders and ensure the full compatibility of its domestic law with the Convention has yet to take place.
10- ترحب اللجنة بالتعديل رقم 134 من مجموعة قوانين عام 2006 المتعلق بقانون توفير الحماية الاجتماعية والقانونية للطفل في الدولة الطرف (القانون رقم 359 من مجموعة قوانين عام 1999.)، إلا أنها تشعر بالقلق إزاء عدم قيامها حتى الآن، بإجراء استعراض شامل لجميع تشريعاتها بغية منح الطفل المركزَ الذي يستحقه بوصفه صاحب حقوق، وضمان التوافق التام لقانونها الداخلي مع أحكام الاتفاقية.
