In that resolution, the General Assembly invited all Member States to communicate their views and proposals for the implementation of the action programme adopted at the 1987 International Conference on the Relationship between Disarmament and Development, as well as any other views and proposals with a view to achieving the goals of the action programme, within the framework of current international relations.

٣ - تدعو جميع الدول اﻷعضاء إلى أن تحيل إلى اﻷمين العام، بحلول ١٥ نيسان/أبريل ٢٠٠٠، آراءها ومقترحاتها بشأن تنفيذ برنامج العمل المعتمد في المؤتمر الدولي المعني بالصلة بين نزع السلاح والتنمية، فضلا عن أي آراء ومقترحات أخرى بغية تحقيق أهداف برنامج العمل، ضمن إطار العلاقات الدولية الراهنة؛

5. Invites all Member States to communicate to the Secretary-General their views and assessments;
