Also on 20 September 2012, OHCHR, on behalf of the Secretary-General, addressed a note verbale to all permanent missions in Geneva to draw their attention to resolution 19/14 and to request the Governments of Member States to provide information on any steps taken or envisaged to be taken concerning the implementation of the relevant provisions of the resolution.
3- وفي 20 أيلول/سبتمبر 2012 أيضاً، بعثت المفوضية، باسم الأمين العام، بمذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة في جنيف توجه فيها انتباهها إلى القرار 19/14، وتطلب فيها إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء أن تقدم معلومات عن أي خطوات اتخذتها أو تعتزم اتخاذها فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ أحكام القرار ذات الصلة.

On the same day, OHCHR, on behalf of the Secretary-General, addressed a note verbale to all permanent missions in Geneva to draw their attention to resolution 22/17 and to request the Governments of member States to provide information on any steps taken or envisaged to be taken concerning the implementation of the relevant provisions of the resolution.
4- وفي اليوم نفسه، وجهت المفوضية، باسم الأمين العام، مذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة في جنيف توجه فيها انتباهها إلى القرار 22/17، وتطلب فيها إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء أن تقدم معلومات عن أي خطوات اتخذتها أو تعتزم اتخاذها فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ أحكام القرار ذات الصلة.

Some States noted with appreciation point (vi) of the points of agreement of the sixth inter-committee meeting, in which meeting participants requested the Secretariat to address a note verbale to all permanent missions in Geneva, recommending that the approved guidelines be used by States parties when submitting a report to the treaty bodies.
وقد لاحظ بعض الدول مع التقدير النقطة ' 6` من نقاط الاتفاق الصادر عن الاجتماع السادس المشترك بين اللجان التي طلب فيها المشاركون في الاجتماع إلى الأمانة العامة أن توّجه مذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة في جنيف توصي فيها بأن تستعمل الدول الأطراف المبادئ التوجيهية التي ووفق عليها لدى تقديمها للتقارير إلى الهيئات المنشأة بمعاهدات.
