وإذ يعيد كذلك تأكيد ضرورة وفاء الطرفين بالتزاماتهما بموجب القانون الدولي والقانون الإنساني الدولي وقانون حقوق الإنسان وقانون اللاجئين، وضمان سلامة جميع موظفي الأمم المتحدة ولجنة الصليب الأحمر الدولية والمنظمات الإنسانية الأخرى،

It calls on all factions and their leaders to respect fully the security and safety of all personnel of the United Nations, its specialized agencies, non-governmental organizations and ECOMOG by ensuring their complete freedom of movement throughout Liberia.
كما تدعى فيه كل الفصائل وزعماؤها ﻷن يحترموا احتراما كاملا أمن وسلامة جميع أفراد اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة، والمنظمات غير الحكومية وفريق الرصد التابع للجماعة، بتأمين حرية الحركة كاملة لهم في جميع أنحاء ليبريا.

It emphasizes the urgent need for all parties and factions in Liberia to respect fully the security and safety of all personnel of the United Nations, its specialized agencies, non-governmental organizations and ECOMOG.
وتشدد على الحاجة الملحة ﻷن تحترم جميع اﻷطراف والفصائل في ليبريا احتراما كاملا أمن وسلامة جميع أفراد اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة والمنظمات غير الحكومية وفريق مراقبة السلام.

Following the consultations, the President, on behalf of the Council members, made a statement to the press, wherein he, inter alia, demanded that those responsible for the abduction of the detainees be brought to justice and called on all armed groups to respect fully the security and safety of all personnel of the United Nations and other international organizations.
وبعد المشاورات، أدلى الرئيس ببيان إلى الصحافة، باسم أعضاء المجلس، طالب فيه، في جملة أمورٍ، بتقديم المسؤولين عن اختطاف المحتجزين للعدالة ودعا جميع الجماعات المسلحة إلى أن تحترم احتراما تاما أمن وسلامة جميع موظفي الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية الأخرى.

ويطلب المجلس من الطرفين أن يتخذا كل ما في وسعهما من تدابير لمنع بث اﻷلغام والأنشطة المكثفة التي تزاولها الجماعات المسلحة، وأن يتعاونا تعاونا كاملا مع بعثة المراقبين وقوة حفظ السلام من أجل الوفاء بالتزاماتهما بكفالة سلامة جميع أفراد اﻷمم المتحدة وقوة حفظ السلام والمنظمات اﻹنسانية الدولية، وضمان حرية تنقلهم.

3. Furthermore, the Assembly emphasized the urgent need for all parties and factions in Liberia to respect fully the security and safety of all personnel of the United Nations, its specialized agencies, non-governmental organizations and ECOMOG by ensuring their complete freedom of movement throughout Liberia and to take all measures necessary to create an atmosphere conducive to the successful resolution of the conflict.
٣ - وباﻹضافة إلى ذلك، شددت الجمعية العامة على الحاجة الملحة ﻷن تحترم جميع اﻷطراف والفصائل في ليبريا احتراما كاملا أمن وسلامة جميع أفراد اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة، والمنظمات غير الحكومية وفريق الرصد التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا، بتأمين حرية الحركة التامة لهم في كافة أنحاء ليبريا واتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لتهيئة مناخ يفضي إلى النجاح في حل الصراع.
