٣ - ولذلك قررت اللجنة أن انعقاد الدورة المستأنفة للجنة البرنامج والتنسيق في آن واحد مع دورة الجمعية العامة العادية الثامنة واﻷربعين لا يشكل سابقة، وأنه ينبغي من اﻵن فصاعدا عقد جميع دورات اللجنة واختتامها قبل افتتاح الجمعية العامة.
