79- وسلّم المؤتمر الاستعراضي السادس بضرورة تنفيذ تدابير وطنية على نحو فعال لتعزيز تنفيذ المادة العاشرة، وحثَّ الدول الأطراف على أن تتعهد باستعراض لوائحها الوطنية التي تنظم عمليات التبادل والنقل الدولية لضمان اتساقها مع أهداف جميع مواد الاتفاقية وأحكامها. [VI.X.52]

24. The upcoming 2011 census would use questionnaires that accommodated the needs of persons with disabilities and all the articles of the Convention would be translated into policy objectives to be adopted by all partners, including Government and civil society.
24 - ومضت تقول إن تعداد عام 2011 القادم سيستعمل استبيانات تتميز بالتكيف مع احتياجات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، كما أن جميع مواد الاتفاقية سوف تحول إلى توجيهات سياساتية يجري اتباعها من قبل كافة الشركاء، مما يتضمن الحكومة والمجتمع المدني.

19. Ms. Papp (Estonia) said that the Gender Equality Act contained a definition of gender equality, which meant equal rights, obligations and opportunities between men and women in all areas of social life and covered all the articles of the Convention.
19 - السيدة باب (إستونيا): قالت إن قانون المساواة بين الجنسين يتضمن تعريفا للمساواة بين الجنسين يعني مساواة في الحقوق والواجبات والفرص بين الرجل والمرأة في جميع مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية، ويغطي جميع مواد الاتفاقية.

It is extremely difficult to review the status of implementation of all the articles of the Convention in all States parties because of the large number of articles containing comprehensive anti-corruption measures to be taken by the States and because of the large number of States that are parties to the Convention (117).
276- إنّ استعراض حالة تنفيذ جميع مواد الاتفاقية في كل الدول الأطراف أمر صعب للغاية بسبب كثرة عدد المواد التي تتضمن تدابير شاملة لمكافحة الفساد يتعيّن على الدول اتخاذها وبسبب كثرة عدد الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية (117 دولة).
