4.2 The State party draws attention to various communications addressed to the Committee alleging a violation of article 14, paragraph 1, and article 26 of the Covenant on the ground of having been denied the right to appear before the Constitutional Court without being represented by a procurador - a requirement not imposed on applicants who are qualified lawyers.
4-2 وتوجه الدولة الطرف الانتباه إلى بلاغات عديدة قدمت إلى اللجنة، تدعي انتهاك الفقرة 1 من المادة 14، والمادة 26 من العهد، على أساس أن أصحاب البلاغات مُنعوا من حقهم في المثول أمام المحكمة الدستورية دون أن يمثلهم وكيل محام - وهو شرط لا يُفرض على أصحاب الطلبات الذين هم محامون مؤهلون.

117. A person alleging a violation of the principles of impartiality, equality and non-discrimination in the treatment of his or her complaint may have recourse to Standing Committee P, the General Inspectorate of the Federal and Local Police or the High Council of Justice.
