Confirmation of this is to be seen in the fact that in Kuwait, a Muslim country with residents of various nationalities, cultures and ethnic origins, all people engage in their religious worship in complete freedom, without interference, coercion or intimidation on the part of the State. Under Kuwaiti law, all expatriate communities in Kuwait are allowed to establish their own schools with no restrictions apart from those prescribed by law.
157- ومصداقاً لذلك نجد أن دولة الكويت وهي دولة تدين بالإسلام تضم مقيمين من جنسيات شتى ينتمون إلى ثقافات وديانات وأصول عرقية مختلفة، ورغم ذلك فإنهم يمارسون شعائرهم الدينية بحرية كاملة ودون أي تدخل من الدولة سواء بالإكراه أو التهديد، كما تسمح القوانين للجاليات الأجنبية المتواجدة في الكويت بإنشاء مدارس خاصة بهم ولا قيد عليهم في هذا الصدد إلا وفقاً لما تقرره القوانين.
