Each Party shall ensure that mercury or mercury compounds from the supply sources identified in accordance with paragraphs 4 and 5 that are intended to be used for the purpose of a use allowed to the Party under this Convention or to be exported to another Party in accordance with paragraph 7 are stored in accordance with Article 12 before such use or export.]

(a) The amount (expressed in metric tons) of mercury, mercury compounds and stabilized mercury sold or transferred for a use allowed to the Party under this Convention or waste treatment, either within the territory of the Party concerned or to another Party or non-Party in accordance with the provisions of this Convention;
(أ) كمية (بالأطنان المترية) الزئبق ومركبات الزئبق والزئبق المثبت المباعة أو المنقولة لاستخدام مسموح به للطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية أو لمعالجة النفايات، إما على أراضي الطرف المعني أو لدى طرف آخر أو غير طرف وفقاً لأحكام هذه الاتفاقية؛
