25. Rule 31 of the rules of procedure, as amended by decision 20/COP.2, provides for the election by the COP of chairs of subsidiary bodies other than the CST, unless the COP decides otherwise.

23. In accordance with rule 22 of the rules of procedure contained in decision 1/COP.1, as amended by decision 20/COP.2, nine Vice-Presidents shall be elected by the COP from among the representatives of the Parties present at the session.
23- عملاً بالمادة 22 من النظام الداخلي الوارد في المقرر 1/م أ-1، بصيغته المعدلة بموجب المقرر 20/م أ-2، يُنتخب من بين ممثلي الأطراف الحاضرين في الدورة تسعة نواب للرئيس.
