335. The establishment of a customs union among the Arab States requires that a unified customs tariff has been achieved and that goods are shipped between Arab countries without customs restrictions and treated as national goods within the framework of unified customs regulations and procedures.
يقتضى قيام الاتحاد الجمركي بين الدول العربية ضرورة التوصل إلى تعريفة جمركية واحدة في مواجهة العالم الخارجي مع انتقال السلع بين الدول العربية دون قيود جمركية ومعاملتها معاملة السلع الوطنية في إطار أنظمة وإجراءات جمركية موحدة.

1. To ratify the Convention on the Regulation of Transit Traffic among the Arab States, in view of its role in facilitating the movement of persons between Arab States;

The Sudan is a party to the Arab Convention for the Suppression of Terrorism, which provides for cooperation in that area among the Arab States, and has concluded with neighbouring countries cooperation agreements that contain provisions on cooperation in the field of counter-terrorism.
