II. Implementation By its decision OEWG-VI/16, the Open-ended Working Group, at its sixth session, developed a " non-exhaustive list of possible elements for a draft decision to reach an agreed interpretation of paragraph 5 of article 17 of the Basel Convention " (hereinafter referred to as the " non-exhaustive list of possible elements " ) for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its ninth meeting.
2 - توصل الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية، في مقرره الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية- 6/16، في دورته السادسة، إلى وضع " قائمة غير حصرية بعناصر محتملة لمشروع مقرر بشأن التوصل إلى تفسير متفق عليه للفقرة 5 من المادة 17 من اتفاقية بازل " (يشار إليها هنا فيما بعد بـ " القائمة غير الحصرية بالعناصر المحتملة " )، لكي ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه التاسع.
