7 - وقد تلقى مكتب الشؤون القانونية رسالة من محكمة الإفلاس الدانمركية تؤكد فيها أنه سيتم تعيين شركة تدعى " Plesner " حارسا قضائيا رسميا على ممتلكات شركة Aviation Assistance وبغية حماية الأمم المتحدة، وللحيلولة دون أن تتكبد خسائر غير ضرورية نتيجة لهذا الإفلاس، سيطلب المكتب تعويضا من هذه الشركة.

215. If a women is dismissed in the three months preceding or following parturition, and irrespective of whether the dismissal is justified or not, the employer must pay an indemnity of 90 daily wages, without prejudice to any compensation that might be provided for in the employment contract (article 18 of Act No. 2851).
٥١٢ - واذا سرّحت امرأة من العمل خلال اﻷشهر الثلاثة التي تسبق الوضع أو تليه، وبصرف النظر عما اذا كان التسريح من العمل مسوغا أم لا، يجب على رب العمل أن يدفع تعويضا بأجر ٠٩ يوما، دون الاخلال بأي تعويض آخر مما قد ينص عليه عقد العمل )المادة ٨١ من القانون رقم ١٥٨٢(.

(ج) الموظف الذي ينهى تعيينه بسبب الخدمة غير المرضية، أو الذي تنهى خدمته لسوء السلوك خلاف الفصل، يمكن أن يعطى، حسب تقدير الأمين العام، تعويضا لا يتجاوز نصف التعويض المنصوص عليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذا المرفق؛
