Interference " in any way " would include cases of promising, offering or giving of an undue advantage to interfere in the giving of testimony.
ويشمل تعريف التدخُّل " بأيِّ وسيلة " في سير العدالة حالات الوعد بمزية غير مستحقة أو عرضها أو منحها للتدخُّل في الإدلاء بالشهادة.

(a) The promising, offering or giving, directly or indirectly, of an undue advantage to any person who directs or works for, in any capacity, a private sector entity, for the person himself or herself or for another person or entity, in order that he or she act or refrain from acting, in breach of his or her duties;
(أ) وعد أي شخص يدير كيانا تابعا للقطاع الخاص، أو يعمل لديه بأي صفة، بمزية غير مستحقة أو عرضها عليه أو منحه إياها، بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، سواء لصالح الشخص نفسه أو لصالح شخص أو كيان آخر، لكي يقوم ذلك الشخص بفعل ما أو يمتنع عن فعل ما، على نحو يخل بواجباته؛

The reviewing experts noted that there is no stand-alone offence to punish the offering or giving of an undue advantage to induce false testimony or the production of evidence in a proceeding.

Reporting on the active bribery of national public officials, Mongolia assessed its legislation as partly compliant with paragraph (a) and clarified that it had not criminalized the promise and offering of an undue advantage to a public official in order for the official act or refrain from acting in the exercise of his or her official duties.
وفي معرض الإبلاغ عن رشو الموظفين العموميين الوطنيين، اعتبرت منغوليا أن تشريعاتها تمتثل امتثالا جزئيا لأحكام الفقرة (أ) وأوضحت أنها لم تجرّم مسألة وعد الموظف العمومي بمزية غير مستحقة أو عرضها عليه لكي يقوم ذلك الموظف بفعل ما أو يمتنع عن القيام بفعل ما لدى أداء واجباته الرسمية.
