Based on experience, on average, the following amount of time would be required of Professional staff: (a) four weeks per Committee's consideration of a State party report; (b) one week to assist in the preparation and adoption of a list of issues prior to reporting; and (c) two weeks to assist the Committee in deciding an individual complaint.
