Since the Secretary-General’s report to the Economic and Social Council and agreed conclusions of the Council dealing with the United Nations system contribution have been made available to the General Assembly, the present report attaches greater emphasis to other aspects of the implementation of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action, in particular to measures undertaken at the national level.
ومنذ أن أتيح تقرير اﻷمين العام المقدم إلى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، واستنتاجات المجلس المتفق عليها التي تتناول مساهمة منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، إلى الجمعية العامة، أصبح هذا التقرير يولي أهمية أكبر لبقية جوانب تنفيذ إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا، لا سيما التدابير المتخذة على الصعيد الوطني.

2. Invites the Administrative Committee on Coordination to take into consideration the decisions, resolutions and agreed conclusions of the Council and its functional commissions as the basis for inter-agency follow-up of the major United Nations conferences in the economic, social and related fields, including the selection of cross-cutting themes for its work;
٢ - يدعو لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية إلى أن تأخذ في الاعتبار المقررات والقرارات والاستنتاجات المتفق عليها للمجلس ولجانه الفنية كأساس للمتابعة المشتركة بين الوكالات للمؤتمرات الرئيسية التي تنظمها اﻷمم المتحدة في الميدانين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والميادين المتصلة بهما، بما في ذلك اختيار موضوعات شاملة ﻷعمالها؛

" ٣ - يدعو لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية إلى أن تأخذ في الاعتبار المقررات والقرارات والاستنتاجات المتفق عليها للمجلس وهيئاته الفرعية لدى اختيار موضوعات شاملة كأساس للمتابعة المشتركة بين الوكالات للمؤتمرات الرئيسية التي تنظمها اﻷمم المتحدة في الميدانين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والميادين المتصلة بهما؛
