(ب) الحصانة من الإجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من أقوال منطوقة أو مكتوبة وجميع ما يقومون به من أفعال في أدائهم لوظائفهم، وتستمر هذه الحصانة حتى بعد انتهاء عملهم لدى المحكمة؛
