3- تطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تقوم، وفقاً لتشريعاتها الوطنية والصكوك القانونية الدولية الواجبة التطبيق التي هي طرف فيها، بالملاحقات القضائية الحثيثة ضد من ينتهكون قانون العمل فيما يتعلق بأوضاع عمل العمال المهاجرين، بما في ذلك القضايا المتصلة بأجرهم وأوضاعهم الصحية وسلامتهم في أماكن العمل؛
