IV. Conclusions 27. The Centre continued to serve as a useful forum for regional and subregional dialogue on specific security concerns and global and regional disarmament issues and as an instrument for assisting regional initiatives in the field of disarmament and security dealing with both weapons of mass destruction and small arms and light weapons.

IV. Conclusions 23.
