Taking note of the request by the Deputy Chief Minister of the Territory addressed to the Special Committee to visit the Territory and ascertain the wishes of the people of the Turks and Caicos Islands with regard to preparing themselves for self-government,
وإذ تحيط علما بطلب نائب رئيس وزراء اﻹقليم الموجه إلى اللجنة الخاصة لزيارة اﻹقليم والتحقق من رغبات شعب جزر تركس وكايكوس فيما يتعلق باستعداده للحكم الذاتي،

وإذ تحيط علما بالطلب الذي وجهه نائب رئيس وزراء اﻹقليم إلى اللجنة الخاصة لزيارة اﻹقليم والتحقق من رغبات شعب جزر تركس وكايكوس فيما يتعلق بتحضير نفسه للحكم الذاتي،

" 12. Calls upon the administering Powers to continue to cooperate with the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and to receive visiting missions to the Territories to secure first-hand information and ascertain the wishes and aspirations of their inhabitants;
" ١٢ - تطلب إلى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة أن تواصل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة في الاضطلاع بولايتها، وأن تستقبل البعثات الزائرة لﻷقاليم بغية الحصول على معلومات مباشرة عنها والتحقق من رغبات سكانها وأمانيهم،

I regret to have to inform you, Mr. Chairman, that although my Government has requested the administering Power to make the necessary arrangements to issue an invitation for a mission of the Special Committee to visit our country to secure first-hand information and ascertain the wishes and aspirations of its inhabitants, the proposal has been declined.
ويؤسفني أنه يتعين علي أن أخبركم سيدي الرئيس، أنه على الرغم من طلب حكومتي إلى الدولة القائمة باﻹدارة أن تضع الترتيبات اللازمة لتوجيه دعوة إلى بعثة اللجنة الخاصة لزيارة بلادنا بغية الحصول على معلومات مباشرة والتحقق من رغبات سكانها وطموحاتهم، فقد تم رفض هذا الاقتراح.

12. Calls upon the administering Powers to continue to cooperate with the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and to receive visiting missions to the Territories to secure first-hand information and ascertain the wishes and aspirations of their inhabitants;
١٢ - تطلب من الدول القائمة باﻹدارة أن تواصل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة في الاضطلاع بولايتها، وأن تستقبل البعثات الزائرة لﻷقاليم بغية الحصول على معلومات مباشرة عنها والتحقق من رغبات سكانها وأمانيهم؛

11. Calls upon the administering Powers to continue to cooperate with the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and to receive visiting missions to the Territories to secure first-hand information and ascertain the wishes and aspirations of their inhabitants;

" ٣١ - تطلب أيضا إلى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة أن تواصل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة في الاضطلاع بولايتها، وأن تستقبل البعثــات الزائرة لﻷقاليم بغية الحصول على معلومات مباشرة عنها والتحقق من رغبات سكانها وأمانيهم،

Paragraph 11 of resolution 48/52 also called upon the administering Powers to continue to cooperate with the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and to receive visiting missions to the Territories to secure first-hand information and ascertain the wishes and aspirations of their inhabitants.
والفقرة ١١ من القرار ٤٨/٥٢ تدعو أيضا الدول القائمة باﻹدارة أن تواصل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة في الاضطلاع بولايتها، وأن تستقبل البعثات الزائرة لﻷقاليم بغية الحصول على معلومات مباشرة عنها والتحقق من رغبات سكانها وطموحاتهم.

11. Also calls upon the administering Powers to continue to cooperate with the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and to receive visiting missions to the Territories to secure first-hand information and ascertain the wishes and aspirations of their inhabitants;
١١ - تطلب أيضا الى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة أن تواصل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة في الاضطلاع بولايتها، وأن تستقبل البعثات الزائرة لﻷقاليم بغية الحصول على معلومات مباشرة عنها والتحقق من رغبات سكانها وأمانيهم؛

Calls upon the administering Powers to continue to cooperate with the Special Committee in the discharge of its mandate and to receive visiting missions to the Territories to secure firsthand information and ascertain the wishes and aspirations of their inhabitants, and urges, in particular, those administering Powers which do not participate in the work of the Special Committee to do so at its 1991 session; " .
" ٣١ - تطلب من الدول القائمة بالادارة أن تواصل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة في الاضطلاع بولايتها، وأن تستقبل البعثات الزائرة لﻷقاليم للحصول على معلومات مباشرة عنها والتحقق من رغبات سكانها وأمانيهم، وتحث، بوجه خاص، الدول القائمة باﻹدارة التي لا تشارك في أعمال اللجنة الخاصة على القيام بذلك في دورتها لسنة ١٩٩١؛ " .
