The Committee also recommends that consideration be given to establishing an independent mechanism with effective national powers to monitor and enforce the implementation of laws for the eradication of child labour and bonded labour.
وتوصي اللجنة كذلك بالنظر في إنشاء آلية مستقلة ذات صلاحيات وطنية فعالة لمراقبة وتنفيذ القوانين التي تستأصل عمل اﻷطفال والعمل الاسترقاقي.
