The Director recalled that Conclusions scheduled for consideration at the forthcoming session of the Executive Committee would include, in addition to the general conclusion, texts on international cooperation and burden and responsibility sharing in mass influx situations and on legal safety issues in the context of voluntary repatriation.
17- وذكرت المديرة بأن الاستنتاجات المقرر النظر فيها في الدورة المقبلة للجنة التنفيذية ستتضمن، بالإضافة إلى الاستنتاج العام، نصوصاً عن التعاون الدولي وتقاسم الأعباء والمسؤوليات في حالات تدفق اللاجئين المكثف وعن قضايا الأمن القانوني في سياق العودة الطوعية.

21. Canada was delighted with the progress made by UNHCR and States in promoting the objectives of the Agenda for Protection, and welcomed the Executive Committee's adoption of two conclusions: one on international cooperation and burden and responsibility sharing in mass influx situations, and one on legal-safety issues in the context of voluntary repatriation.

(l) Financial and other necessary resources should also be mobilized, as appropriate, including by action to ensure the provision of protection and material assistance and timely durable solutions based on international solidarity, cooperation and burden and responsibility sharing.

The Chief of the Protection Policy and Legal Advice Section introduced the update on the mass influx study (EC/55/SC/CRP.14), explaining it provided possible next steps towards achieving the goals of Executive Committee Conclusion 100 of 2004 on international cooperation and burden and responsibility sharing in mass influx situations.
36- عرض رئيس قسم سياسة الحماية والمشورة القانونية التقرير المستوفى عن دراسة حالات التدفقات الجماعية (EC/55/SC/CRP.14)، فأوضح أن هذا التقرير يبين الخطوات التالية التي يمكن اتخاذها في اتجاه تحقيق الأهداف المحددة في الاستنتاج 100 الذي خلصت إليه اللجنة التنفيذية في عام 2004 بشأن التعاون الدولي وتقاسم الأعباء والمسؤوليات في حالات التدفقات الجماعية.
