2. In my opinion, these financial statements present fairly, in all respects, the financial position of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization as of 31 December 2005 and the results of its operations and cash flows for the period then ended in accordance with the United Nations System Accounting Standards.
وتقدّم هذه البيانات المالية في رأيي صورة معقولة من جميع النواحي عن الوضع المالي لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005 وعن نتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وفقا لمعايير المحاسبة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

9. In the Board's opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the United Nations peacekeeping operations as at 30 June 2012 and their financial performance and cash flows for the period then ended, in accordance with United Nations system accounting standards.
9 - رأى المجلس أن البيانات المالية تعرض بنزاهة، من جميع الجوانب الجوهرية، الوضع المالي لعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2012 ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وأنها أُعدت حسب الأصول وفقاً للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

In our opinion, the financial statements of the escrow account present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position as at 31 December 2012 and its financial performance and cash flows for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2012 in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.
في رأينا أن البيانات المالية لحساب الضمان تعرض بنـزاهة، من جميع النواحي المادية، المركز المالي في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012 وأداءها المالي وتدفقاتها النقدية للفترة من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير إلى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012 وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

6. The audit was conducted primarily to enable the Board to form an opinion as to whether the financial statements presented fairly the financial position of the escrow account as at 31 December 2010 and the results of operations and cash flows for the period then ended, in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.
