ولا تزال الأعمال العدائية التي تنفِّذها جميع أطراف النـزاع تؤدي إلى وقوع خسائر في الأرواح وإصابات، وهي الأعمال التي تشمل شنّ الهجمات المباشرة والعشوائية على المدنيين والمناطق المدنية.

1. Deplores the continued Israeli violations of human rights in the occupied zone in southern Lebanon and West Bekaa, demonstrated in particular by the abduction and arbitrary detention of civilians, the destruction of their dwellings, the confiscation of their property, their expulsion from their land, the bombing of peaceful villages and civilian areas, and other practices violating human rights;
١- تشجب الانتهاكات الاسرائيلية المستمرة لحقوق اﻹنسان في المنطقة المحتلة من جنوب لبنان وبقاعه الغربي المتمثلة بالخطف والاعتقال التعسفي للسكان المدنيين، وتدمير مساكنهم، ومصادرة ممتلكاتهم، وطردهم من أراضيهم، وقصف القرى والمناطق المدنية اﻵمنة، وغير ذلك من الممارسات التي تنتهك حقوق اﻹنسان؛

١- تشجب الانتهاكات الاسرائيلية المستمرة لحقوق اﻹنسان في المنطقة المحتلة من جنوب لبنان وبقاعه الغربي المتمثلة بالخطف والاعتقال التعسفي للسكان المدنيين، وتدمير مساكنهم، ومصادرة ممتلكاتهم، وطردهم من أراضيهم، وقصف القرى والمناطق المدنية اﻵمنة، وغير ذلك من الممارسات التي تنتهك حقوق اﻹنسان،

1. Condemns the continued Israeli violations of human rights in southern Lebanon, manifested particularly by the arbitrary detention of civilians, the destruction of their houses, the confiscation of their property, their expulsion from the occupied area, the bombardment of villages and civilian areas, and other practices violating human rights;
١- تدين الانتهاكات الاسرائيلية المستمرة لحقوق اﻹنسان في جنوب لبنان، المتمثلة خاصة بالاعتقال التعسفي للسكان المدنيين، وتدمير مساكنهم، ومصادرة ممتلكاتهم، وطردهم من المنطقة المحتلة، وقصف القرى والمناطق المدنية وغير ذلك من الممارسات التي تنتهك حقوق اﻹنسان؛

"'Ethnic cleansing'has been carried out by means of murder, arbitrary arrest and detention, extra-judicial executions, rape and sexual assault, confinement of civilian population in ghetto areas, forcible removal, displacement and deportation of civilian population, deliberate military attacks or threats of attacks on civilians and civilian areas, and wanton destruction of property. "
" إن التطهير اﻹثني يضطلع به من خلال القتل، والتعذيب، والاعتقال والاحتجاز التعسفيين، واﻹعدام بدون محاكمة، والاغتصاب والاعتداءات الجنسية، وحصر السكان المدنيين في مناطق لﻷقليات، والنقل القسري، وترحيل السكان المدنيين وابعادهم، والهجمات العسكرية المسلحة على المدنيين والمناطق المدنية أو التهديدات بهذه الهجمات، والتدمير الوحشي للممتلكات " .
