In spite of the ratification in 2005 of the Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children, the Committee notes with concern:
52- رغم التصديق، في عام 2005، على الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الساري والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال، تلاحظ اللجنة بقلق ما يلي:

(d) Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children, 1996.
(د) الاتفاقية بشأن الاختصاص والقانون المطبَّق والاعتراف والتنفيذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية والتدابير لحماية الأطفال لعام 1996.

(b) Convention on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations, and the Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children.
(ب) والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالقانون المنطبق على التزامات النفقة، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الساري والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال.

(d) The Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children, in April 2007;
(د) الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالولاية القانونية والقانون المنطبق والاعتراف والتنفيذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية والتدابير لحماية الأطفال، في نيسان/أبريل 2007؛

Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children (Hague XXXIV)
اتفاقية لاهاي (الرابعة والثلاثون) بشأن الاختصاص والقانون المنطبق والاعتراف والتنفيذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية والتدابير لحماية الأطفال

The Committee recommends that the State party ratify the three Hague Conventions (on the Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions Relating to Maintenance Obligations, on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations, and on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children).
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تصدق على اتفاقيات لاهاي الثلاث (المتعلقة بالاعتراف بالقرارات ذات الصلة بالتزامات النفقة وتنفيذها، وبالقانون الساري على التزامات النفقة، وبالاختصاص والقانون الساري والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال).

Malta had also acceded to the Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children by virtue of the Protection of Children (Hague Convention) Act of 2010.
وانضمت مالطة أيضا إلى الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالولاية القانونية والقانون المنطبق والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال، وذلك بموجب قانون حماية الأطفال (اتفاقية لاهاي) لعام 2010.

It further recommends that the State party ratify the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions relating to Maintenance Obligations, the Convention on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations and the Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children.
وتوصي اللجنة كذلك الدولة الطرف بالتصديق على الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاعتراف بالأحكام المتصلة بالتزامات النفقة وتنفيذها، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالقانون المنطبق على التزامات النفقة، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الواجب التطبيق والاعتراف والتنفيذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال.
