(75) The Committee urges the State party to develop and implement, with the support of ILO, UNICEF, and NGOs, a comprehensive assessment study and a plan of action to prevent and combat child labour, in full compliance with ILO Convention No. 138 (1973) concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment, which the State party has ratified.

413. The Committee urges the State party to develop and implement, with the support of the ILO, UNICEF, and national and international NGOs, a comprehensive programme to prevent and combat child labour, in full compliance with ILO Conventions No. 138 (1973) and No. 182 (1999) which the State party has ratified.
413- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على وضع وتنفيذ برنامج شامل لمنع عمل الأطفال ومكافحته بدعم من منظمة العمل الدولية ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (اليونيسيف) ومنظمات غير حكومية، وطنية ودولية، على سبيل الامتثال التام لاتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138(1973) ورقم 182(1999) اللتين صدَّقت عليهما الدولة الطرف.

While welcoming developments such as the Presidential decree against child labour, specifically condemning the use of children for cotton harvesting, CRC was concerned that this practice was still widespread and recommended that Turkmenistan design and implement a comprehensive strategy to prevent and combat child labour and ensure the implementation of the recent law prohibiting child exploitation in cotton fields.
6- وبينما رحبت لجنة حقوق الطفل بتطورات، من قبيل المرسوم الرئاسي الصادر ضد عمل الأطفال والذي يدين على وجه التحديد، استخدام الأطفال في جني محصول القطن، فقد أعربت عن قلقها أيضاً لأن هذه الممارسة ما زالت منتشرة إلى حد كبير، وأوصت تركمانستان بوضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية شاملة لمنع عمل الأطفال ومكافحته وضمان تنفيذ القانون الصادر مؤخراً بشأن حظر استغلال الأطفال في حقول القطن(21).

The Committee notes with appreciation that the State party has signed a memorandum of understanding with ILO and that various ILO/IPEC programmes to prevent and combat child labour are being carried out.
140- تحيط اللجنة علماً مع الارتياح بقيام الدولة الطرف بالتوقيع على مذكرة تفاهم مع منظمة العمل الدولية، وبتنفيذ مختلف برامج منظمة العمل الدولية المتعلقة بالقضاء على عمل الأطفال، الرامية إلى منع ومكافحة عمل الأطفال.

269. The Committee urges the State party to develop and implement, with the support of the ILO, UNICEF, and national and international NGOs, a comprehensive programme to prevent and combat child labour, in full compliance with ILO Conventions No. 138 and No. 182 which the State party has ratified.
269- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على وضع وتنفيذ برنامج شامل، بدعم من منظمة العمل الدولية، واليونيسيف، والمنظمات غير الحكومية الوطنية والدولية، بغية منع ومكافحة عمل الأطفال بما يتمشّى تماماً مع اتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 ورقم 182 اللتين صدّقت عليهما الدولة الطرف.

It further recommends that the State party, with the support of the ILO, UNICEF, and national and international NGOs, develop a comprehensive programme to prevent and combat child labour, in full compliance with ILO Convention No. 182 (1999) concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour and ILO Convention No. 138 (1973) concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment.
كما إنها توصي الدولة الطرف بوضع برنامج شامل، بدعم من منظمة العمل الدولية واليونيسيف ومنظمات غير حكومية وطنية ودولية، لمنع ومكافحة عمل الأطفال بما يتماشى تماما مع اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 182 (1999) بشأن حظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال والإجراءات الفورية للقضاء عليها واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 (1973) بشأن الحد الأدنى لسن الاستخدام.
