The Committee suggests that the State party consider making the declaration under article 14, paragraph 1, of the Convention recognizing the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications from individuals or groups of individuals within its jurisdiction claiming to be victims of a violation of any of the rights set forth in the Convention.

The Committee notes with satisfaction that the State party has ratified most United Nations core human rights treaties and commends the State party for recognizing the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications from individuals or groups of individuals, in accordance with article 14 of the Convention.
5- وتلاحظ اللجنة بارتياح أن الدولة الطرف صدقت على معظم معاهدات الأمم المتحدة الأساسية في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وتثني على الدولة الطرف لاعترافها باختصاص اللجنة في تلقي وبحث البلاغات الواردة من الأفراد أو مجموعات الأفراد وفقا للمادة 14 من الاتفاقية.
