31. The Commission may wish to consider that it would be useful to include the issues of electronic invoices and electronic supply chains as part of its consideration of legal issues related to authentication and cross-border recognition of electronic signatures in a comprehensive reference document.
31- ولعلّ اللجنة ترى أن من المفيد إدراج المسألتين المتعلقتين بالفواتير الإلكترونية وسلاسل التوريد الإلكترونية باعتبارهما جزءا من بحثها في المسائل القانونية المتصلة بتوثيق التوقيعات الإلكترونية والاعتراف بها عبر الحدود في وثيقة مرجعية شاملة.

89. Regarding possible future work in the area of electronic commerce, work on the comprehensive reference document should continue with a view to establishing a favourable legal framework for ecommerce, which would be of enormous help in bringing clarity and certainty to such complex issues as electronic invoicing and authentication and cross-border recognition of electronic signatures.
89 - وفيما يتعلق بالعمل المحتمل في المستقبل في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية، ينبغي أن يستمر العمل بشأن إعداد وثيقة مرجعية شاملة بغية وضع إطار قانوني ملائم للتجارة الإلكترونية، وهذا من شأنه أن يساعد كثيراً على تحقيق الوضوح واليقين لقضايا معقّدة من قبيل الفوترة الإلكترونية وتنسيق التوقيعات الإلكترونية والاعتراف بها عبر الحدود.

To some extent, most of these issues are akin to issues discussed above in connection with authentication and cross-border recognition of electronic signatures (see paras. 7-13) or with liability and standards of conduct of information service providers (see paras. 18-21) above.
