٩- وينبغي لﻷونكتاد أن يواصل تحليل قضية الدين الخارجي التي تضر بالكثير من البلدان النامية، لوضع اقتراحات متكاملة لهذه البلدان سعياً لالتماس حلول شاملة ودائمة لمشاكل الدين وخدمة الدين من أجل التعجيل بنموها وتنميتها الاقتصاديين.
