وتفيد الجهات الفاعلة الإنسانية أن جميع مخيمات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في الجمهورية العربية السورية قد تضررت من النـزاع المسلح، بالقصف والاشتباكات التي تحدث داخل المناطق السكنية أو المنطقة المتاخمة لها، أو بتواجد الجماعات المسلحة داخل المخيمات، أو تمركز القوات الحكومية عند مداخل المخيمات وفي محيطها، وانقطاع إمدادات الغذاء والإمدادات الأساسية نتيجة للقتال والقيود المفروضة على التنقل.
