Urges Member States and international and regional organizations to take all measures required for the protection of women and children from rape, systematic rape, sexual slavery and forced pregnancy in the conduct of armed conflict and to strengthen mechanisms to investigate and punish all those responsible for the perpetration of such crimes and to bring the perpetrators to justice;
