Therefore, the Special Committee recommends, among other things, that the Assembly urge the administering Powers to take effective measures to safeguard and guarantee the inalienable right of peoples in Non-Self-Governing Territories to their natural resources, and requests the administering Powers to take all necessary steps to protect the property rights of the peoples of those Territories.
ولذلك توصي اللجنة الخاصة، بين أمور أخرى، بأن تحث الجمعية الدول القائمة باﻹدارة على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لصون وضمان الحق غير القابل للتصرف لشعوب اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في مواردها الطبيعية، وتطلب إلى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة اتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لحماية حقوق الملكية لشعوب تلك اﻷقاليم.
