وإذ يقر بدور المكاتب الإقليمية ومديري برامج الموئل في الأنشطة القطرية، وفقاً للقرار 20/15 المؤرخ 8 نيسان/أبريل 2005،

4{(المكسيك) وإذ يقر} بدور المكاتب الإقليمية والقائمين على إدارة برامج الموئل وفقاً للقرار 20/15 المؤرخ 8 نيسان/أبريل 2005،

(a) Missions to support financing mechanisms and develop investment strategies for selected slum upgrading projects, in particular those in partnership with other focus areas (in collaboration with regional offices and Habitat Programme managers) (20)
(أ) بعثات لدعم آليات التمويل ووضع استراتيجيات استثمارية لمشاريع مختارة للنهوض بالأحياء الفقيرة، خاصة تلك التي تنفذ بالمشاركة مع مجالات تركيز أخرى (بالتعاون مع المكاتب الإقليمية ومديري برامج الموئل) (20)

Briefings or workshops will be held for key constituencies such as Governments, United Nations country teams, partner organizations and staff, particularly field staff and Habitat Programme Managers.
وسيتم عقد تلقينات شفهية وحلقات عمل للجهات الرئيسية مثل الحكومات، أفرقة الأمم المتحدة القطرية، المنظمات الشريكة والموظفين خاصة الموظفين الميدانيين ومدراء برنامج الموئل.

The resolution further sought to strengthen interdivisional coordination and collaboration in the definition and development of the Programme's country activities and supported the participation of UN-Habitat in the United Nations common country assessments and United Nations development assistance frameworks, in addition to its contribution to the work of United Nations country teams through its regional offices and Habitat Programme Managers.
كذلك يلتمس هذا القرار تدعيم التنسيق والتعاون فيما بين الشعب لتحديد ووضع الأنشطة القطرية للبرنامج ودعم مشاركة موئل الأمم المتحدة في تقييمات الأمم المتحدة القطرية المشتركة وأطر الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة الإنمائية، بالإضافة إلى مساهمته في عمل الفرق القطرية للأمم المتحدة من خلال مكاتبه الإقليمية ومديري برامج الموئل.

6. Requests the Executive Director to cooperate with other relevant United Nations programmes and activities at the country level, andto take an active part in the United Nations common country assessments and United Nations development assistance frameworks, in addition to its contribution to the work of United Nations country teams through its regional offices and Habitat Programme Managers (Uganda);}
6- يطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي أن يتعاون مع سائر برامج وأنشطة الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة على المستوى القطري، وأن يشارك بفعالية في التقييمات القطرية المشتركة للأمم المتحدة وفي أطر الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة الإنمائية، بالإضافة إلى مشاركته في أعمال أفرقة الأمم المتحدة القطرية من خلال مكاتبه الإقليمية والقائمين على إدارة برامج الموئل (أوغندا)؛}

Review and updating of guidelines and manuals: This will include preparation of a core policy manual and guidelines for field management and Habitat Programme Managers;
(و) استعراض وتحديث المبادئ التوجيهية والكتيبات الإرشادية: سيتضمن ذلك إعداد كتيب إرشادي أساسي للسياسات ومبادئ توجيهية للإدارة الميدانية ومدراء برنامج الموئل.

(h) To provide clear guidance for joint programming, the " Delivering as one " initiative, and in support of the participation of country offices and Habitat Programme managers in the formulation of the United Nations Development Assistance Framework;
